When he’s not running games at conventions like Carnage, or writing and publishing supplements for Lovecraftian through his own Golden Goblin Press, friend of the convention Oscar Rios somehow finds the time to contribute to the Miskatonic University Podcast in the guise of Oscarius Tabularis, humble reporter of strange news from the empire of the Romans, as seen in the historical milieu of Cthulhu Invictus.
