The annual no-ship math trade at Carnage returns once more, hosted by longtime facilitator, Matt Golec. You can browse offerings and add your own over on the geeklist hosted on BoardGameGeek.
A math trade is a way of swapping games you no longer want, aided by a computer program which constructs a web of trades based on what individuals are offering and willing to accept in return. “No-ship” means that everyone skips the trip to the post office by bringing the games they’re swapping with them to Carnage. This year, you have until October 21st at 9:00pm EST to make any offers of games you’d like to trade away. And then you have a week to compose a want list, marking what games you’d like to get and what you’d give away in trade for it. The geeklist has a fuller description, and links to informative articles on how math trades work.
